ACE LLC Announces the board appointment of Trace Arlaud, CDI.D, to IMDEX
Leading global Mining-Tech company, Imdex Limited (IMDEX or the Company), today announced the appointment of Tracey Arlaud as a Non-Executive Director of the Company’s Board, effective immediately.
Ms Arlaud has critical skills in mining engineering, geology and geophysics, together with broad international experience. Based in Colorado, USA, she will contribute significantly to the governance of IMDEX given the Company’s growing presence and prospects within that region. ("ECC2" or the "Company") (TSXV:ETWO.P) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent (the "LOI") dated effective November 9, 2020 outlining the general terms and conditions with respect to a proposed acquisition (the "Acquisition") by ECC2 of all the issued and outstanding share capital of Infield Minerals Corp. ("Infield").
The Acquisition of Infield will constitute a reverse takeover and ECC2's Qualifying Transaction under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Assuming completion of the Acquisition, it is anticipated that ECC2 will graduate to Tier 2 of the Exchange as a mining issuer.
Infield is a private company incorporated pursuant to the laws of British Columbia on March 25, 2019. Infield's sole director is Evandra Nakano of Vancouver, British Columbia, and its officers are Evandra Nakano as President and CEO, and Richard Dufresne of Vancouver, British Columbia, as VP Exploration. Infield has a current working capital position of approximately $1,545,000, has 15,675,100 common shares (the "Infield Shares") issued and outstanding, and has no options, warrants or other classes of securities outstanding. Salaam served as Executive Vice President at The Walt Disney Company’s Disney-ABC Television Group from 2014 to 2016, overseeing Programming and Strategy for ABC Family’s Freeform channel. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, she spent more than 10 years at Comcast NBCUniversal where she served as President of Style Network from 2008 to 2013. At Viacom, Salaam was a senior executive within MTV Networks’ International Division and directed programming strategy for Nickelodeon’s global expansion in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She has served as a board member for several non-profit organizations, including Women in Cable Telecommunications and Dress For Success.

New appointments position company for growth in dispensing and consumer markets

Mary Mock, principal at MTM Value Based Care Strategies and Solutions,, LLC, has joined the company’s board of directors, with Christopher Dimos and Dr. Donald Bialek joining as strategic board advisors.

Mary Mock currently serves as the principal of MTM Value Based Care Strategies and Solutions and continues to support provider network development at Centivo, a start up third party administrator for self-funded health plans and and senior advisor to Indigenous Pact, a certified B Corporation creating health equity for Native Americans and Alaska Natives in one generation. Ms. Mock has over 30 years of experience leading and managing clinically integrated networks (CIN), physician organizations, healthcare systems and health plans. Previously, she served in roles at Surgical Care Affiliates, Alliance for Healthcare, Sutter Health and Kidsmart Health Partners. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration and Bachelor degrees in Biology in Biological Sciences, and Medical Technology from the University of Colorado.
