We Need An Army Of Board-Ready Women

WHAT I DO

I specialize in putting women on boards and have successfully trained hundreds of women and helped place large numbers of them in coveted board positions. As a leader in boardroom training, I have developed innovative and rigorous programs that equip women with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as board members. Our comprehensive program covers everything from boardroom basics to advanced skills, including creating a winning board resume, preparing for board interviews, and understanding director compensation.

My Goal:

1,000 Women On Boards

As a leader in boardroom training and a champion for women in leadership roles, I'm committed to helping women achieve success in the boardroom. Despite making up 50% of the global population, women are vastly underrepresented in critical leadership positions, such as Corporate Board Members and CEOs. As a result, I'm passionate about advancing women's careers and ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to excel in the boardroom.

With over 60 years of experience serving on non-profit, trade association, and corporate boards, including 20 years in each type, I have the expertise needed to help other women succeed. My 30 years of experience in male-dominated industries such as finance and mining have taught me the importance of having women in leadership positions, and I'm eager to help other women experience the same sense of achievement and fulfillment that comes with serving on a board.

By providing women with access to my boardroom training courses and sharing my knowledge and experience, I'm empowering women to achieve their boardroom goals and make a real difference in the world. This is a call-to-action for women seeking to break through the glass ceiling and set a new standard.
