Charlotte Min-Harris, CDI.D Appointed to C-Suite as COO

FOR RELEASE -- November 19, 2020 -- Denver, CO ACE LLC Announces the appointment of Charlotte Min-Harris, CDI.D, as the Chief Operating Officer of Nurse-Family Partnership.


DENVER, COLO. (Nov. 16, 2020) — Nurse-Family Partnership®, a national program serving first-time moms and their children living in poverty, announced today that Charlotte Min-Harris has joined the organization as the chief operating officer. Min-Harris brings over three decades of leadership, operations and strategic development experience to her role at Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP).

“Charlotte brings to this role extensive knowledge in nonprofit operations, philanthropy and government relations, and the value of collaboration,” said Frank Daidone, president and CEO of Nurse-Family Partnership. “As a member of our executive leadership team, I’m confident Charlotte will use her drive, focus and relational leadership style to strengthen partnerships and increase our capacity so that Nurse-Family Partnership can reach more moms in poverty.”

As COO, Min-Harris will set strategic direction for the operations group, which consists of program development, partner relations and partner development. In this role, she will build strategies to improve the service experience for customers and stakeholders. In addition, she will establish practices and processes that foster an inclusive environment, build cultural awareness and maximize the benefits of a diverse workforce.

About Charlotte Min-Harris:
Min-Harris serves on the governing board of The Other Side Academy, a self-sustaining social enterprise nonprofit that helps repeat criminals and those with chronic addiction gain self-sufficiency and economic mobility through a non-clinical, residential vocational program. She holds a Master of Global Studies from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s and master’s in advertising from Michigan State University. In addition, she is has her designation as a qualified board candidate by Corporate Directors International, CDI.D, graduate of The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Legacy Denver class of 2012 and Leadership Denver class of 2013.
