Uma managed multiple global re-organizations including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings impacting $30B in cost structures. She founded Leading Lotus in 2017, a firm focused on using transformative technologies and human capital performance to achieve sustainable and diverse growth. Uma also sits on the Boards of Co-Lead International, a non-profit that champions transformative and sustainable leadership worldwide, and TEDx MileHigh, a reputable TED Talks organizer.
