Kim Carver

Kim Carver’s extensive background in launching, growing, and managing multi-million dollar companies combined with her international experience, her work on private and non-profit boards and her various positions in executive and CEO level leadership make her an ideal candidate for corporate boards.


Kim Carver is an engaged independent director with experience in chairing and reporting to corporate boards in four countries, as well as service to non-profit boards. Industry focus in media, including programming content, cable and satellite distribution, sales, digital content, marketing, public relations, and a content launch specialist. Significant international expertise in Asia Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. Executive leadership with strategic development and tactical implementation background. Expert in content delivery and marketing in multiple countries and proficient in integrating analysis to deliver branding and sales messages. Service to Non-profit boards includes Chairman, Executive Committee, Human Resources, Compensation Committee, and External Affairs Committee Chair.

She currently serves on the Red Rocks Community College Foundation Board and has since May of 2013. Carver served on the World Fishing Network Board until she became interim CEO. She also served on the Colorado Public Television Board (PBS12) from December of 2016 until July 2024, served on the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame Board from 2012 – 2016 and served as their Chair and on their Compensation Committee. She is a board observer of AllCity Network, where she started in an advisory role, helping to put the board together in 2020. She served three years on the board as it started as DNVR and then grew to AllCity Network. She’s a member of the Denver WiseWomen group where she continues to serve as Chair for many of the Cohorts. She was very active in WICT as a mentor and continues to be a keynote or panel speaker for many events throughout the Denver area. She received her Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
