Arezou Zarafshan
Arezou Zarafshan is an ACE LLC Certified Board Candidate who is a proven leader with 25 years of experience at multinational Fortune 50, private, public and private-equity backed corporations including Crocs, Otter Box, ACCO Brands and Hewlett Packard.
Ms. Zarafshan also works to integrate customer perspectives into business processes. Her notable accomplishments include global deployment of Customer Experience programs in three global regions, three commercial channels and 15 countries, increasing the rate of New Consumer Acquisition from less than 5% to above 17% in 18 months at a $1B global enterprise. She also has been a leader in driving a 300% revenue growth in 12 months at a startup she co-founded.
One thing that Arezou wished she knew about seeking board placement is, "...you're ready; and you have to go get it." Right now, Arezou is working with early-stage and late-stage startups such as SheFactor and PopSockets on strategy, growth, and customer experience.
Arezou enjoys traveling abroad, anything having to do with data, and hiking in her spare time.
