Victoria Mandell is an award-winning, regulatory compliance attorney with 3 decades of experience in the electric power, telecommunications, and transportation industries. Holding an MBA in finance, she is a recognized expert in utility regulation. She has over seven years in-house counsel experience working closely with C-level executives in two large-cap corporations, Xcel Energy and Level 3 Communications. Her strategic leadership experience includes Chairwoman, committee Chair, President and co-founder of industry-related, non-profit, and government advisory Boards. With expertise in clean energy, and environmental and economic justice, she can help guide ESG strategy. As lead attorney, she has prepared, managed, negotiated, and litigated billion-dollar cases with multi-disciplinary, subject matter expert teams.
