Pattie Money is a C-Suite executive with over 20 years leading the People function in high growth, best places to work, private and public technology companies. She has over fifteen years of direct Board interaction, serving as the liaison for the Compensation Committee with Monotype, TubeMogul, SendGrid and Twilio. She’s helped to build strong, diverse, independent Boards, participating with Nominating/Corp Governance Committee in Board member searches, as well as supporting overall governance practices.

She’s been a member of the executive teams that led two organizations through a successful IPO and has extensive M&A experience, both domestic and international, with deal sizes ranging from $2M to over $2B. She’s an expert in building international capabilities through new office openings as well as through acquisition with deep knowledge of people operations in multiple countries. Pattie has led organizations in developing programs that drive inclusion and belonging as well as recruitment to ensure a diverse and equitable workforce and Board. She’s an award winning Chief People officer and received the 2018 C-Suite Award for Denver Business Journal in the category of Chief Human Resources Officer.

Pattie has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
