Kelly is a seasoned executive, business owner, board director and private investor with 20 years of experience in finance, technology, entertainment, healthcare, and economic development. She is a public Audit Committee Chair and Qualified Financial Expert in both U.S. and International accounting practices. She is additionally sought for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial and risk management, and strategic planning.

Kelly has served on public, private, government, academic, and non-profit boards. She has extensive experience developing and executing marketing, growth and innovation strategies for early-stage startups as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Among many others, she has worked for Atari, Deloitte, the State of Colorado, Verizon, Avaya, Baker Hughes, Johnson Controls, Oracle, and Take-Two Interactive Software.

Kelly is a frequent speaker on the topics of entrepreneurial management and finance. She was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper to lead a public-private economic development partnership. 

Outside of her board work, Kelly is a leader in mental healthcare. She currently leads Colorado’s largest behavioral healthcare practice serving the pediatric disability population.
