Jennifer has over 13 years of mine operations experience and led a complex underground $375M capital project from prefeasibility through full funds decision and into early construction.
Ten years of experience in regional and corporate support roles developing board material for C-suite executives. Merger and acquisition experience including management of an investment portfolio valued at $500M and advising on transformational transactions.
Jennifer most recently led a team of highly skilled technical professionals to develop strategic plans for Newmont’s portfolio of assets - 12 operations and 4 major capital projects, across four continents – and in three years, demonstrated resource development pathways to improve asset value by $3B.
