When you look at her LinkedIn you will see a photo of swimmers in an Ironman competition. She has done 9 of them - yes 9 and working on 10, while being a plant-based athlete. That is what she does for fun. So imagine how driven she is when it comes to her work - she is a super star!

Early on, she wanted to be a doctor, and somehow ended up in the corporate world in which she now thrives. Later, she finished her MBA while working and doing triathlons - she is a high-level achiever. Consulting was always a dream for Barbara, and ultimately, while she was in a marathon running class and happened to be running with an executive from Accenture, she struck up a conversation with him - yes, while on a run. He later brought her into that company and the rest, as they say, is history.
