Afifa launched, built and is operating three companies in the HR technology and professional services industry. Her first business, Cronos Consulting Group, a niche engineering recruitment firm grew from startup to $10M in sales within 8 years. Her latest venture, Canadian Payroll Services Inc grew from startup to $30M within 4 years and scaling rapidly.
Afifa was the lead fundraiser and independent director at Careerleaf Inc, a white label job board technology. She was ultimately engaged to pivot the company's business model towards sustainable revenue. Careerleaf continues to scale globally.
Afifa has extensive experience in creating additional revenue streams for businesses to diversify their service offerings and to scale rapidly. She is multilingual in Hindi and Urdu.
