Shriya Josephsen has over 15 years of experience in Operations and Finance. Eleven years of experience with Deloitte Consulting working across 15 different entities in strategic planning, business transformation, and corporate communications. Her experience includes identifying over $40M in savings, $10M+ in incremental revenue, and $24M in new talent acquisition for multiple clients. Shriya’s breadth and depth of experience expands to launching learning & development campaigns for over 3000 employees and implementing GenAI and new cutting-edge data analytics technologies for a company with ~1000 employees. Currently she is the Group Vice President, Business Transformation for Huge, Inc. – a digital design agency. She focuses on strategic priorities related to new business growth, cost reduction, and optimization.
