Ludivine Guth is an Human Resources Executive with over 26 years of experience in various sectors (Gold Mining, Talent Acquisition, Temporary Employees, Airport Handling) in France and West Africa. Expert in guiding multi-cultural organizations to navigate through complexities in order to reach their goals. Most notably with Endeavour Mining Corporation, led the HR strategy for two mergers and acquisitions during the global pandemic which resulted in the organization becoming the leading gold producer in West Africa.
Ms. Guth successfully integrated, in a 100% virtual setting during Covid-19, four new mining assets in West Africa with headquarters in Montreal and Toronto Canada. Member of the Crisis Management team dedicated to the management of Pandemic, coup, terrorism threats.
As Human Resources Expert and Management Committee Member, she has been instrumental in the merging of various cultures and leading change management. She played an integral rôle in monitoring the company relationships with the union in order to ensure zero strike days.
