Jen Pineau’s extensive executive technology leadership experience, while bringing intellectual curiosity, astute listening skills, strong work ethic, dedicated governance, commitment, integrity, transparency, and independent judgement qualifies her to be on a public or private board on the audit and nom/gov committees.
Jen Pineau was the Interim CIO & CISO at BeneSys leading a team of 32 people located across the US. Worked directly with the executive team to connect strategy to the day-to-day operations of the IT department and provided assurance and stability, maintaining order with minimum attrition. Oversaw a budget of $10M. She was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) that established a multi-disciplinary cyber security team from the ground up.
Jen has extensive outdoors experience, over 25 years in multiple disciplines such as: backpacking, rock/ice/mountain climbing, mountain biking, white water rafting, kayaking, adventure racing and orienteering. She has held numerous positions within the Boy Scouts of America such as Assistant Scoutmaster, Venture Advisor, Merit Badge Counselor, Social Media Chair and others.
