Gwennael Guillen is an award-winning executive leader with over 25 years’ experience including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and operating in challenging environments worldwide on 8 jurisdictions across 3 continents.
With expertise in the extractive sector covering all phases of the mine life cycle, she provides executive advisory support to company boards (TSX and LSE listed companies) on best practices and standard implementation, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and enterprise risk management (ERM).
Ms. Guillen is certified corporate director with experience as Executive Director of Investment Impact fund and corporate representative at 2 private companies boards on economic development projects in Africa.
Gwennael has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
