Charlotte Min-Harris is an accomplished operational leader in commercial real estate and the non-profit sector with over three decades of experience, including 11 years board experience, C-Suite experience, transactional expertise, and adjunct professor.
Charlotte closed over 16 million square feet of commercial real estate deals on five continents and achieved a run-rate savings of $3.5 million in a one-year period; secured leasing and marketing of the first Class-A, Western-style office development in St. Petersburg, Russia, that achieved a 90% occupancy rate in its first year.
As COO of the American Red Cross, she had P & L responsibility of a $6 million regional operating budget and led two significant restructuring initiatives. Charlotte currently leads grants operations at Daniels Fund, a $1.5 billion private charitable foundation in Denver.
Charlotte has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
