Ann Ractliffe is an accomplished CFO and licensed CPA with over 20+ years of financial executive experience across major multinational companies including United Healthcare, United Airlines and General Motors, among others. She has managed the financial performance of $3Bn portfolio of businesses at Discover Financial Services and $1.7Bn at Change Healthcare.
Ms. Ractliffe is an expert in turnarounds, complex deal analysis and public market investor relations. She was on the management team who led the response to an activist investor, preventing them from taking a position in a major Fortune 500 company. Ms. Ractliffe created and implemented impactful DEI&B programs in 3 companies, pioneering 4 new programs including mentoring circles, turning around existing programs and advancing diverse representation in leadership. She has three years of experience serving on the Executive Board of a Non-Profit in a fiduciary role.
