ACE LLC Announces the board appointment of Jessica VanDen Akker, CDI.D to Heatherdale Resources Ltd Board, Vancouver, BC
Heatherdale Resources Ltd. (“Heatherdale” or the “Company”) (TSXV: HTR) Vancouver, BC – is pleased to report that the Company’s shareholders voted in favour of all items of business brought before them at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on August 12, 2020. Shareholders representing 43.2% of the outstanding shares voted overwhelmingly in favour of all the matters submitted before the AGM as set out in the notice of meeting and information circular dated July 7, 2020 including:
to set the number of directors at five and electing Rob McLeod, Edie Thome, Jessica Van Den Akker, Donald Birak and Ronald Stewart to the Board of Directors (Biographies of the directors can be found on the Company’s website);

About Jessica Van Den Akker - Director
Ms. Jessica Van Den Akker is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA, US) (New York) with 15 years' experience in the venture and resource sector. She gained extensive experience through a Canadian audit firm providing reporting and accounting assurance services to Canadian and US publicly traded companies, primarily in natural resources, for ten years and has more recently spent the last five years serving as CFO for various venture issuers including Klondike Gold Corp, Gold X Mining and HIVE Blockchain Technologies. She is currently the CFO for Kore Mining, and a Director Northway Resources Corp. and Last Mile Holdings Ltd.
Ms. Van Den Akker is a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is also Treasurer for The Association of Mineral Exploration and serves as on the Membership Committee of CPA BC. She has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
