Susanna West’s extensive depth and breadth of pharmaceutical operations leadership and senior executive experience in a large international publicly-traded and highly regulated company qualify her to serve as an independent director on a public or private board, including risk management, quality, nominating and compliance committees.

Susanna West was the Vice-President and Head of the North American Operations for GlaxoSmithKline Inc, responsible for the P&L, manufacturing, supply chain and performance of 6 facilities, leading a team of about 1000 people producing over 100 different pharmaceutical and consumer health products for more than 120 markets worldwide in various dose forms. She has 3 decades of extensive experience and successful accomplishments in leading transformational and turn-around business and cultural changes as well as integrating businesses in mergers and acquisitions, building, managing and executing several major capital projects totaling over $300 million. She has led several facilities through intensive regulatory audits from the FDA, Health Canada, the Japanese PMDA, the Chinese NMPA and many other international regulatory authorities resulting in several awards and recognitions in compliance.

Susanna is currently seeking an Independent Board Director role on a Public or Private Company Board for a small to medium size company.

Susanna has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
