Sarah Treadway’s extensive Chair of the Board and Business Ownership experience in real estate and hospitality, qualify her to serve on a public corporate boards or privately held family business' boards.


Sarah Treadway is an Award-Winning Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Hospitality. Sarah maintained 95% retention during COVID-19 motivating the her firm's National team by driving an RV 5,300 miles across 17 states to visit 6 properties and each of the 65 managers. She is Chair of the Board, Co-CEO and Owner with oversight of seven P&L’s with $75M in revenue and has had up to 700 employees under direct report. Sarah owns and has managed 6 hotels, successfully negotiated loan modifications for each through the pandemic with Wells Fargo, Rialto, and Midland. Sarah has franchise ownership and experience with Marriott, Starbucks and IHG. Sarah has extensive construction experience and has led complete renovations of five Historic Buildings, transforming them into 150 – 330 room boutique hotels, resulting in AAA 4 Diamond and International Design awards in New Orleans, Denver, Houston, St. Louis and Omaha. Recently Sarah successfully transacted a $45 Million real estate deal 9 days after the property was hit by a multimillion-dollar natural disaster and orchestrated management contracts, insurance claims, legal, investors, and banks to close the deal on time all during the pandemic. Sarah has also extensive non- profit board experience including raising $2.8M for one organization in three years.

Sarah has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
