Raylene Decatur is an ACE LLC Certified Board Candidate who works in the Denver, CO area. With over 30 years of CEO and Executive experience, Raylene utilizes her insights in strategic thinking, organizational growth, and talent management to spearhead innovative change.

Ms. Decatur is a current board member of the Colorado State University System Foundation, and is currently seeking independent board roles on public or private company boards. Her industry interests include companies in Food and Beverage, Eco Tourism, Leisure Travel, and B Corps seeking to achieve a triple bottom line (people, planet and profits.) Raylene also assists organizations in new CEO hiring and transitions as part of her own consulting company.
