Lisa Eyer’s over 30 years of senior executive experience in the US and International roles, in every aspect of Strategic Operations Management as well as providing leadership on large M&A and Dissolution events for one of the largest Fintech companies in the US with nearly $20 Billion in annual revenue, qualifies her to serve on a public board, including risk and management committees, compensation, governance and general oversight committees.
Lisa Eyer is the VP of Client Experience & Business Insights for Consero Global Solutions where she is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for managing the CX experience across the Operations and Service Delivery functions for a portfolio of more than $60M, delivering key analytics, operational transparency and powerful storytelling to inform C-Suite strategy that delivers revenue growth.
Lisa leverages AI, Speech Analytics and Predictive Analytics technology with data mining to identify how to optimize processes, drive a customer centric service model and define a customer journey that optimizes the company product and service offerings. Her financial acumen and ability to be a connector in the organization creates insights that have led to new product solution offerings that attract and retain clients with a heavy focus on Private Equity backed small and mid- sized businesses.
