Kathryn Jacobs’ senior executive experience and international perspective qualify her to serve on a corporate board, including for strategic planning, nominating and governance, and risk and management committees. She has extensive experience across the Natural Resources, Energy, and Consumer Goods sectors with major transformations; and a deep personal passion for global exploration and adventure seeking having bicycled over 20,000 miles across 60+ countries.


Kathryn Jacobs is an accomplished executive and Board-certified counsel with over 20 years’ extensive international business experience across Australia, Asia, and North America. Kathryn has served as a trusted governance advisor to Fortune 500 C-suite and Board executives, including within the Natural Resources, Energy, and Consumer Goods sectors. She is a specialist in complex business, technology, and innovation transformation investment decisions, execution governance and risk mitigation. She has advised on transformation investments achieving $50Bn in value across 30 clients and 5 continents.

Kathryn is in the top 2% of Accenture’s global leaders as a Managing Director. She maintains global P&L governance across multi-stakeholder and multi-cultural contexts managing a team of over 350 individuals. She has a proven track record of driving growth, delivering results and exceeding management goals with 40% annual revenue growth for the last three consecutive years. Kathryn is recognized as a strong collaborator, having led partnerships with the World Economic Forum and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on behalf of Accenture.

Kathryn is also known for her global exploration and adventure seeking. She has bicycled over 20,000 miles across 60+ countries. She believes experiencing culture and geography through the immediacy of adventure is expansive and has informed her ability to bring practical decision making and resilience to her professional career. Kathryn’s passion is to relate this personal experience to Board counsel in the future.
