Kate Broome’s extensive corporate legal experience and her international transactional expertise qualify her to serve on a public or private board, including risk and compensation committees.


Kate is a corporate attorney with 17 years’ experience with expertise in international dispute resolution, risk mitigation, debt finance, project finance, M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial contracts and corporate governance. Kate has industry expertise in international transactions in the oil & gas, mining, and financial sectors. Trusted advisor to investment committees, boards of directors, and C-Suite executives on major strategic decisions. Kate was selected as one of the 2013 “Top 20 under 40” by the Oil and Gas Investor and as 2015’s “Top Women in Energy” by the Denver Business Journal.
