As the first and only female CEO of a national technology solution distributor, (formerly known as a Master Agent), Karin Fields has built a successful career leading and tripling the size of an indirect channel program. Much of her success stems from her strong working knowledge in operations as well as marketing and sales. 

Known for her passion and the strengthen of her relationships, Karin’s reputation is her ability to get things done others haven’t been able to achieve including contract negotiations, six-figure repayments and managing major end-customer escalations. She is a sought-after Advisory Board member due to her expertise of the indirect space, building a great experience and ability to balance the needs of the customer, the company and its team. 

As a life, long learner Karin is currently enrolled in Kennesaw State University’s Master’s in Cybersecurity program, a nationally recognized program by the National Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity. The NCAE is a partnership between NSA and several federal agencies including the FBI and Department of Defense. Her expected graduation date is Spring 2024.
