Jenny Yaeger is an accomplished CPA and Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years’ experience in accounting and finance with both public and private companies. Jenny launched a successful fractional CFO firm that nurtures profitable growth of small businesses. Prior to starting her own business, she led Finance, Compliance and Operations for Registered Investment Advisor from start up to over $1B assets under advisement. She has decades of experience in the financial services industry leading teams in financial reporting and analysis, treasury, accounting, compliance, information technology, human resources and day-to-day operations.  

Jenny started her career as an auditor at Ernest and Young, a big 4 public accounting firm auditing a variety of public companies. Following that experience, Jenny joined the US subsidiaries of ING Group where she spent ten years in progressively responsible financial management roles managing SEC Reporting, Internal Audit and Financial Analysis teams.
