An Executive with over 20 years of experience contributing in multi-cultural teams in Fortune 500, Global 500 and industry leader companies, including BASF, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Kinross Gold Corporation and Lundin Gold. International experience in South America, North America, the Middle East and Africa in the chemical, oil and gas, and mining industries in project development ranging from greenfield to operations.

Creator of programs to fast-track the nationalization of the workforce, with a proven record of designing and implementing groundbreaking multi-million-dollar initiatives in education and training, recognized by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Designed and led the rollout of a customized program that proactively addressed employees and families´ mental health and wellbeing during COVID times, positively impacting satisfaction, retention, and business performance.

Founder and Vice President of Women in Mining, Ecuador Chapter. Recognized in 2019 at the Women in Energy Summit organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers in the category “Women who promote sustainability initiatives in the Mining Industry”.
