Bonnie Kuhn has over 30 years executive experience in initial structuring, financing, and operating public companies in over 10 international jurisdictions and over 14 years serving on the board of 5 public companies in technology, mining and oil and gas.

Bonnie Kuhn was a Partner in a premier securities law boutique specializing in structuring, initial public offerings and listings of start-up companies. The securities law boutique was responsible for listing a majority of new companies on the TSX Venture Exchange. Bonnie has assisted small to mid-cap public and private companies in raising over $1 Billion in funding. She is currently Senior Legal Counsel in the Market Regulation Division of the Alberta Securities Commission where she has led the drafting and implementation of new standards for clearing, settlement, marketplaces, and new business conducts standards for registered dealers when dealing with retail investors.
