Dr. Polite-Wilson’s extensive human capital leadership and experience advising C-suite leaders about the significance of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging in achieving workforce sustainability and culture transformation uniquely qualify her to serve on a public board, including governance committees.
Dr. Anita is a board member of Rehrig Pacific Company and owner of her own advisory company. She is a subject matter expert in workforce culture and sustainability with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. She has over two decades of navigating leaders and teams through complexity and change for corporate, government, and nonprofit entities of all sizes across various industries. She is a trusted advisor and executive coach to both corporate senior executives and Air Force officers. For over fourteen years, she has been serving the aerospace community collaborating with cross-functional, intergenerational workforce of over 5,000 college interns, engineers, scientists, business leaders and military professionals.
Polite-Wilson has been recognized with numerous awards and letters of commendations the go-to designer of systems thinking teaming approaches for the Los Angeles Space and Missile Systems Center of The Air Force Command. She was awarded the Aerospace Corporation’s Woman of the Year for an ability to link leadership development programs to bottom-line business results to attract and retain diverse, qualified professionals. Influential faculty member of the Elevate Leadership Program in association with the Center for Executive Development for the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego for developing and mentoring hundreds of technical leaders nationwide for Fortune 500 companies.
