Allison Forrest

Allison Forrest's multidisciplinary experience coupled with her expertise in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence for mining company investments qualify her to serve on a public or private board, including safety, environment and sustainability committees as a subject matter expert.


Allison Forrest is the Responsible Investment Officer at Resource Capital Funds (RCF), a mining-focused private equity firm with $3.8B in assets under management. She has conducted over 40 ESG due diligence site visits in 16 countries and over 100 ESG desk-top due diligence reviews, globally. Ms. Forrest created and implemented RCF’s Responsible Investment (RI) Program, including the RI policy and strategy, which outline the firm’s ESG pre-investment, post-investment and exit practices.

Allison is a Committee Member on two RCF committees, the RCF Environmental, Social, Safety and Governance Committee and the RCF Foundation Board, overseeing policy development on ESG and sustainability matters affecting RCF’s portfolio companies and Limited Partners and selecting grants. Ms. Forrest is the Chairperson for several Social and Environmental Committees overseeing RCF’s public and private portfolio company ESG performance and serves as a Board Member and Vice President of Women in Mining Denver Chapter.

Allison has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
