ACE LLC Announces the board appointment of ACE Graduate, Kay Henze, CDI.D, to Ent Credit Union Board of Directors.

Kay Henze is a Board Director, two-time Scale-Up CEO, Strategic Advisor and CMO with a multi-disciplined career in technology, telecommunications, retail and entrepreneurial ecosystem building. She is champion for growth and innovation having expanded scaleup to Fortune 15 businesses, leading all aspects of business strategy and operations with P&L accountability ranging from $10M to $1.7B and end to end business operations supporting up to 2,200 teammates and 28M customers. Kay spent over 20 years at Verizon Wireless driving consumer and B2B adoption of mobile technologies including serving as the CMO of the Northeast Area, the largest area within Verizon in terms of customers and revenue and President of the Houston and Gulf Coast Region.

Currently, Kay serves on the Board of Directors for Beyond Campus Innovations, an eLearning and content development company that is accelerating the adoption of interactive eLearning across higher education, government and enterprise customers. She is also the CEO/ED of the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network (BEN) , where she has served as a Lead Advisor since 2016. BEN champions the growth of scale-up entrepreneurs to grow their companies, elevate their community and be a force for good.

Kay is looking forward to leveraging her unique skills as a member of the Ent Board of Directors and Governance Committee.
