Ms. Liu-Ernsting has 20 years of experience in the mining industry, spanning capital projects engineering, debt capital markets, private equity and corporate strategy. She is currently VP of Investor Relations and Communications of G Mining Ventures Corp. Prior to that, Ms. Liu-Ernsting undertook progressive corporate development roles at Canada Nickel Company Inc. and Hudbay Minerals Inc. Ms. Liu-Ernsting previously spent over five years at Resource Capital Funds, sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments, gaining expertise in a wide range of commodities and mining services. Before her tenure at RCF, she provided debt financing solutions in CIBC's mining corporate credit group. Prior to CIBC, Ms. Liu-Ernsting's experience at Hatch and Golder spanned all levels of mining and mineral processing operations design around the world and the development of mining innovation R&D projects.

Ms. Liu-Ernsting is a Professional Engineer who holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Queen's University, and is a Schulich School of Business Mining, Finance and Strategy MBA graduate. She has her board certification from Corporate Directors International, CDI.D. She currently sits on the boards of Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. (TSXV: BAY) and PDAC (The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada). Jessie is a 2021 CIM Bedford Canadian Mining Young Leader Award recipient.

Jessie Liu-Ernsting is an award-winning executive and professional engineer with 20 years’ experience in the natural resources and related industries in engineering, technical, financial, and strategic capacities. As VP Investor Relations and Communications of G Mining Ventures Corp., she was integral to the raising of US$481M project construction financing package consisting of gold stream, equity, debt and equipment financing in the tough market environment of 2022. Responsible for GMIN.TO’s share price increase of 129% during her tenure, and the inclusion in 2024 TSX Venture 50™ and OTCQX Best 50. As inaugural VP Corporate Development and Investor Relations, Jessie formulated and implemented Canada Nickel Company’s investor relations strategy to achieve 14x share price accretion and raised $33M over the company’s first 12 months, during the COVID-19 crisis. She developed tailored financing solutions for resource companies at CIBC and Resource Capital Funds, totaling over $4 B, spanning 23 commodities and 6 continents. As a Board Special Committee Advisor, she guided Hudbay Minerals to achieve settlement on a disputed proxy. She has lead capital projects engineering design on mine, mill and backfill projects with Golder Associates and Hatch, including being responsible for the on-time delivery of a $1B greenfield underground mine.

Jessie is a 2021 recipient of the CIM-Bedford Canadian Young Mining Leaders Award, in recognition of her exceptional achievement and potential. Jessie has over ten years of non-profit board experience with Canadian Institute of Mining, Professional Engineers Ontario and Oakville Curling Club. She has an MBA from Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Mining, Finance and Strategy, and an Applied Science degree from Queen’s University. She currently sits on the boards of Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. and the PDAC.
