We knew that we were looking for people that would both fit and support Rehrig Pacific’s culture. Our desire in bringing on a Board of Directors is to have a governance body that supports future generations of management and ownership continues the fantastic legacy of our wonderful culture To culturally fit, we considered the skill and experience of the candidates. We looked for people with experience in large businesses and knowledge about industries like ours and our customers.’ We could not be happier with the quality of the people that have agreed to be on our Board of Directors.
